Thomas Geiger is an artist and has been working with artist’s books and alternative forms of distribution since his studies. His “economic” performance “I want to become a millionaire” is the starting point for this publication: since 2010, he has been selling stamped, signed and numbered A6 slips of paper for 1 euro each. So far, he has sold around 65,000 of these editions. Thomas Geiger is the founder of the publishing house “Mark Pezinger Books” (with Astrid Seme) and will also be exhibiting a selection of his artist’s books at Softcover.
