Revü is a film magazine. It brings together essays on watching, making, and showing films. It is entirely dedicated to the pleasure of watching films and discussing them.
Revü is published twice a year. There is a spring edition (May) and a winter edition (November). Since the fifth issue in May 2023, each issue has been dedicated to a specific theme. The first theme of Revü is resistance. Revü was founded in Munich in 2020 by Sarah Ellersdorfer and Carlotta Wachotsch out of a need to “convey cinephilia more deeply to society as a whole.”
