Fleisch ("meat") is a magazine. That pretty much says it all, because it can't be limited to much more. Well, it's a social and cultural magazine, you could say that too, so that the range of topics is clear (although that's still a very broad area in the end). Oh yes, Fleisch is of course also political, porn and culinary (haha) rather not.
Sometimes Fleisch is a book, sometimes Fleisch is a calendar, sometimes Fleisch consists only of text, sometimes only of pictures (but don't worry: it usually contains both). Fleisch is always monothematic, and the theme of the magazine is usually topical in some way. This theme then determines the form. Form follows function, as they used to say.
Fleisch has been around since 2004. Fleisch belongs to itself. Fleisch has already won many prizes, for the texts as well as for the photos and the artwork as a whole. Only the best write and photograph for Fleisch. But that goes without saying for a magazine. Oh yes: Fleisch is based in Vienna, if that's important.
